That was the case with a local non profit when they approached us several months ago.

Within a few weeks we had met with officers of the organization, migrated their membership files into an Access Data Base, prepared reports from the data base, done a newsletter.

In addition we pick up mail, bank member contributions -  in short provide support for a growing organization.

Data Base Management

Marlew Publishing can take a data base of addresses - in almost any form, and create from it an Access Data Base required to perform everything from select queries, to detailed reports, printing labels for traditional mail, and the mailing of an E-Newsletter.

Depending on the source of the addresses (hand written, typed in Word, an Excel file) the migration to an Access Data Base may take from half an hour if from Excel, to many hours if hand written.

We can hold your Data Base in our server for future use, or return it to you.

Newsletter Content Creation

The printed newsletter is still live and well for what it does best - provide hard copy information that lasts as long as the recipient wishes to keep it.

Printed newsletters can take many forms, from a two sided single page, to the traditional two or three columned multi page illustrated with images.

Most of the same activities involved with the creation of a website are also involved with a print piece.

And of course price depends entirely on complexity.
